California Countdown Membership Program
The California Countdown Membership Program is designed to facilitate communication and interaction between aBIZinaBOX and the California commercial cannabis community. We are all being tossed head first into a combination of transition to a regulated commercial cannabis market, and having to understand, register, implement and report under an entirely new licensing and compliance regimen.
Our goals are:
Gaining stronger understanding and insight into a SWOT [Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats] Analysis of each participant in the commercial cannabis industry.
Share our accounting, tax, tech and regulatory compliance experience and expertise [the competencies associated with the practice of public accountancy “CPA Practice”] with each of the participants [as represented by different types of license holders] in the industry through:
Providing access to original documents promulgated legislative, regulatory, judicial and administrative authorities which oversee the industry.
Offering our insights, thoughts, and interpretations of those authorities and providing templates, guidelines, and workflows which facilitate compliance.
Providing strategic and tactical planning, design, implementation, and execution of programs and projects which align with and are consistent with business objectives.
Where a business may lack the manpower, knowledge or sophistication to execute, in select instances, we may offer virtual or onsite outsourced solutions which execute and complete a cannabis businesses compliance obligations. [which means the business owner retains primary responsibility for compliance, we facilitate completion of the tasks.

With the “California Countdown Membership Program,” we are providing free access [initially for a year] to our restricted content that will become a paid for subscription offering in the future.
We are also offering members a 20% discount on our Tier 1 professional compliance services. Tier 1 services are those where the task is performed by our Associate level professional employees. The Tier 2 – Director and Tier 3 – Managing Director Services are not covered by the discount. However, our Directors and Managing Directors are certainly available to respond to questions and inquiries from Members.
Prior to undertaking a professional service assignment, a Member will be required to accept our General Terms and Conditions for professional services.
